World Product Solutions and our underlying divisions of iShip Solutions, Evora Worldwide, eWorld Fulfillment, and Onoxa are continuing to monitor closely the developments of the COVID-19 virus and how it could potentially impact our business operations. At this time, no one knows how severe this outbreak will be. Given this uncertainty, we are taking proactive steps to address a number of business concerns. First and foremost, we are maintaining a safe workplace and are adopting practices to protect the health of our employees and reduce the transmission of communicable diseases in the workplace. Employees are have been instructed the following:

  • Stay home when sick
  • Wash hands frequently with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds
  • Cover mouths with tissues whenever sneezing, and discard used tissues in the trash
  • Avoid people who are sick with respiratory symptoms
  • Clean frequently touched surfaces

While we are doing what we can to protect the health of our internal employees to minimize business disruptions, there may be external factors that are outside of our control. We are continuing to monitor this situation closely but we have already observed some delays with our raw material suppliers as well as delays with some of our shipping carriers. We are working proactively with our vendors to try and minimize customer impact and will continue to provide updates as we receive them.
