We are seeking an experienced individuals for packaging lead mechanic position. Must have experience in beauty, pharmaceuticals, or nutraceuticals manufacturing. Positions are available for all shifts. Must have experience with production equipment, pay dependent upon experience.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: *\*

First point of contact in case of mechanical and process malfunction on production lines
Works with Maintenance Supervisor to establish, review, improve and execute plant maintenance system standards
Undertakes daily updates including documentation of maintenance activities performed on equipment
Provides support on projects on the production floor and to determine recommended spare part list.
Participates in new equipment installation and start up processes
Leads major and minor maintenance of automated and non-automated equipment
Operates and performs changeovers of automated equipment.
Confirms in-house availability of tools, change and spare parts required to keep production running.
Coordinates with upstream and downstream processes by working with others on timing of effective changeovers.
Troubleshoots, performs major and minor repairs
Preventive maintenance as required to ensure equipment reliability and on-going production
Replaces mechanic, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment when needed
Understands and adheres to all Quality, Good Manufacturing Practices and Micro Cleaning & Sanitation Guidelines and standards

WPS is seeking to identify an accomplished and experienced Systems Integration Specialist. Reporting directly to the Fulfillment General Manager and working closely with leadership of other team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for developing and maintaining the integration/implementation of new client accounts by utilizing an EDI/ API interface which may be a currently supported file format (flat file, 835, etc) or a new file format
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing technical solutions
Troubleshoot client issues including but not limited to: file structure, data integrity, load failures, and file transmission failures while utilizing tools to research and correct.
Prepare and configure systems to provide data to partners, portals and websites using technologies such as Azure and APIs

Objective / Requirements

Seeking experienced individuals for compounding / chemical blending. The Bulk Batcher will be responsible for producing cosmetic, drug batches and sampling raw materials on a daily basis to meet the scheduled requirements. This individual will serve as hands on personnel for weighing, batching and sampling. This position will be responsible for insuring batching; weighing and sampling areas are setup and operating to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety. Key attributes for this position are multitasking, follow-through; good mathematical skills; detail oriented; and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain schedule efficiency to meet production goals
Follow production schedule and work with warehouse to get orders pulled and staged. Verify components.
Ability to communicate objectives to the line and report results to production management team
Batching/weighing/sampling materials using the metric system.
Handling raw materials and understanding safety procedures associated with handling raw materials.

Communication & Interaction

Primary contacts of the Bulk Batcher will include Production/Batching Workers, Operators, Supervisor, Manager; Warehousing, Maintenance, and Quality.

Management Responsibilities

Bulk Batcher will report directly to the Team Leader.

Physical Demands: Exert up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
